Why can't I make changes to my Pacifica product subscription?Updated 2 years ago

Are you having trouble logging into your account to manage your subscription? If so, it’s likely that your account is not activated.

When you created your account, we sent you an email to activate that account. You must click on the link in that email before you can access your account and subscription settings.

If you didn’t receive one, check your spam or junk email folder. Sometimes they end up there.

If you don’t have access to the account activation email, please contact us. We’ll take care of it!

 

IMPORTANT

No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.

No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
