When will I receive the next delivery for my Pacifica product subscription?Updated 2 years ago

To see when your next subscription order will be processed and shipped, you must have a Pacifica account.

If you already have an account, great! Just log in to get started. If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly set one up by clicking here.

Simply log into your Pacifica account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”

The date that your next scheduled subscription order will be processed is located in the top-left corner of the order, itself.

 

IMPORTANT

No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.

No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
