I subscribed to a Pacifica product, what happens next?Updated 2 years ago

After you join the Pacifica Subscription Program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription order. This email will include a link to access the subscription section in your account. This is where you can manage your future orders, subscription items and account information.

If you don’t already have a Pacifica account, make sure to create one. A Pacifica account is required to manage or cancel your subscription(s). Setting up your account only takes a few minutes! Click here and follow the simple prompts. 

We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped.

You will receive an email reminder four days before each subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account.

 

IMPORTANT

No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.

No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
