How do I modify my Pacifica product subscription?Updated 2 years ago
To review or modify your Pacifica product subscription(s), you must first have a Pacifica account. If you already have an account, great! Just log in to get started.
If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly set one up by clicking here.
Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”
From here, you’ll be able to:
- See the next scheduled shipping date.
- Change your recurring ship date.
- Update the delivery frequency, by product.
- Send your Pacifica product(s) right now.
- Skip your next order.
- Pause your subscription.
- Cancel your subscription.
- Update your shipping address.
IMPORTANT
No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
