How do I change the delivery frequency for my Pacifica product subscription?Updated 2 years ago

To change the order frequency for a Pacifica product subscription, you must first have a Pacifica account. If you already have an account, great! Just log in to get started.

If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly set one up by clicking here.

Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”

The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each product you’re subscribed to.

To change the delivery frequency for a product, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you want to modify and select the desired frequency.

 

IMPORTANT

No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.

No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
