Can I pause my Pacifica product subscription or skip my next order?Updated 2 years ago

Yes! You can pause your subscription or skip your next order.

To make this change, you must first have a Pacifica account. If you already have an account, great! Just log in to get started.

If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly set one up by clicking here.

Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”

To pause your subscription to a product, click the “Pause Subscription” link next to the product you want to pause.

To skip your next order altogether, click “Skip Order” in the top-right corner of the order.

 

IMPORTANT

No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.

No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
