Can I have my Pacifica product(s) shipped immediately?Updated 2 years ago
Yes! If you want your Pacifica products now, you can have them shipped immediately, despite the order frequency you previously established.
If you already have an account, just log in to get started. If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly set one up by clicking here.
Once you’re logged into your Pacifica account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”
Once on the My Subscriptions page, simply click the “Send Now” button in the top-right corner of your subscription order. We’ll get it out to you right away!
This action does not change the frequency of your subscription orders. All future orders will be processed according to the frequency you previously set.
IMPORTANT
No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
