Thank you so much for your question and understand your concern with gluten and Celiac Disease. Our Founder has severe celiac disease in her family and she is very thoughtful about this. Our products are formulated without gluten. We comb through each ingredient carefully making sure it meets our standards. For products that we use hydrolyzed barley protein, we require clear documentation that this is gluten-free*. * In the case of hydrolyzed barley protein we have documentation from our raw material supplier that the hydrolyzed barley protein we are using is gluten-free.  However, if you do not want the product, we have a 100% return policy and are happy to take these back and provide you with credit on our website or a refund with a receipt.
